Who is James E. D'Incecco, CPA,
AKA "Jimmy D"?
Jim
was born and raised in Meriden, Conn. and is of Italian-American
heritage. His first trade was that of a machinist and tool and die
maker. He moved West at the age of 20 and met his devoted wife Sara in
Ellendale, ND in 1977. They were married in July 1977 shortly after they met. They have two grown sons. Jim and his family have been in Colorado since March 1980.
They enjoy movies and attending church. Jim is an avid science fiction
buff, while Sara is the family gardener.
Jim
graduated from National College of Business, Rapid City, SD in February
1980, Sum Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting
and Management.
Jim
received his CPA certificate in April 1983 and has been practicing in the Public
Accounting industry since March 1980. He is a member in Good Standing of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants, Colorado Society of CPAs, and National Association of Tax
Professionals.
Jim
has been providing Accounting and Tax services in the Public Accounting
and Private Industry since early 1980. He served for over 7 years as
Senior Tax Accountant and Manager for a local CPA firm prior to forming his own accounting and tax practice. Jim has spent
most of his adult career in the Public Accounting industry serving
small to medium-sized business clients. Much of his experience is in
the area of business and individual income tax planning and preparation
and financial and management consulting and advisory services.
His
background includes, but is not limited to the following business
consulting services: Financial Statement preparation and analysis,
Financing Assistance and Loan Packaging, Cash Forecasting and
Management, Business Processes and Efficiencies, Training Development,
